  Personalized Training classes are our specialty! Each workout is unique with a different focus daily. Our certified trainers stay a step ahead of you making adjustments to the equipment to ensure proper technique and form to avoid possible injury. These express workouts combine strength training and aerobic activities into one complete workout.

This one-hour workout, 3 to 4 times a week, combined with good nutritional choices, has proven to have extraordinary effects in facilitating weight loss and improving muscle tone and definition.

Have you ever strained your back by picking something up off the ground? Have you twisted a knee by turning to quickly and it is sore for the next few days? With these two examples and the many types of sports related injuries, the Functional Training class could be the program for you.

Functional Training is not just about getting stronger, it is about reducing the risk of injuries and improving your everyday performance at home, work, or the gym. This class will focus on injury reduction by the use of progressions through exercises which consist of side to side, overhead, and frontal movements.
